Simple steps to finding and hiring your new trainer:
1. Decide on why you want a personal trainer. Do you want to get fitter, become more toned,
gain weight, lose weight or even recover from a sports injury.
2. Decide on your budget. Fitness instructors do range in cost, which is dependent
on the area, the type of training they undertake and the length of the session or the course.
3. Search the Personal Trainer IndeX for trainers in your area. Either enter an area postcode
(i.e. AB10, N1) above, or scroll through our many trainers under the index segment of the website.
4. A list of trainers is then shown either in your chosen area or as close to it as possible. Each personal
trainer is accompanied by an in depth résumé showing all of his/her qualifications, prices,
training techniques and locations. We suggest that you review as many trainers as possible and contact them either
via their email or by phone, to ensure that you find the perfect trainer.
5. Call all of the personal trainers that you feel you need to, and then select the one you best think
suits your needs. Do not give any personal trainer a definite answer, until you have contacted all
of the possible personal trainers.
6. Once you have selected your trainer, make an appointment, so that he/she can take you through an induction.
It is best to have a range of appointment slots available so as to not be disappointed in-case the
trainer is not able to make the appointment you want.
7. Finally after they have gone through your introduction, if you are unsure about anything, question them - please do
not be afraid to ask them anything, they would prefer that you asked more questions if it gives you a piece of mind.
