The Personal Trainer IndeX (PTIX) was formed because, many people do not actually understand the concept of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and most of those people have become scared of both exercise and the gym environment. That is why numerous “doctors,” have been able to make millions off the weight loosing public by inventing crazy, momentary and yet “safe,” forms of dieting. What the public so far have failed to realise, is that the only way to lose weight, or to re-shape your body, is through exercise and a clean healthy diet.
 

Personal trainers have become the ideal way to train intensively, effectively and safely see astonishing results in a short space of time. The only problem at the moment (a problem which is fast being resolved) is this common misconception that personal trainers are inaccessible, unaffordable and are somewhat of a rarity, mainly because of their inability to gain access to affordable and effective advertising.
 

Training with many free-lance personal trainers and working in the health and fitness industry myself, I realised how hard it was for trainers to advertise in a cost effective manner which would allow them to reach their target market. Some trainers were paying in excess of £2000 a year just to set up an advertising campaign, in order to reach their potential customers, whether it was flyers or a website or even an animated advert. Many personal trainers cannot not afford such extortionate prices and even with many of these misleading advertising campaigns and schemes many still did not gain many clients.
 

The PTIX has been designed to allow personal trainers, to gain the exposure they really need, and to illustrate to people a safe and effective way of looking and feeling their best. With a range of incentives the aim of our company is to phase out the idea that the only way to look and feel good is through extreme dieting and un-enjoyable exercise, and to show the public that with the encouragement and dedication of their own personal trainer, they can look and feel their best safely and affordably.
 

Personal Trainer Index Ltd would like to make clear that, although we help members of the public locate a trainer, any subsequent relationship entered into is purely between the public and the trainer. At no point is a contract formed between Personal Trainer IndeX Ltd and the public or the Personal Trainer Index Ltd and the trainer.
 

Furthermore, whilst the Personal Trainer IndeX checks strongly advises each member of the public to check the status of insurance with their trainer and their certificates carefully. All bonefide trainers will be only too happy to divulge this information.
